Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada with free shipping for all orders over $450 before tax.* 

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, and customers will receive an email confirmation with their tracking information once their order has been shipped. We strive to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. We know how exciting it is to order a new bag and greatly appreciate your patience!

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by our carriers. However, if your order is delayed or lost during shipping, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will assist you.

RETURN POLICY

At Vinty, we take great pride in offering high-quality, one-of-a-kind vintage purses that have been carefully sourced from around the world. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that not being able to return an item can be frustrating, but there are a few reasons why we have this policy:

  1. Our pre-loved purses are often sourced locally and from other small businesses, so they are often one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be replaced.

  2. Our purses are often decades old and have been pre-owned, which means that they may show signs of wear and tear. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each purse in our product descriptions, but please keep in mind that vintage items will have some degree of wear.

  3. We believe that part of the charm of vintage items is their unique history and character. By purchasing a vintage purse from us, you own a piece of fashion history that has stood the test of time.

We understand that shopping for vintage items can be a unique experience, and we are here to help answer any questions or concerns you may have about our products. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need more information or have any concerns about your purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

To place an order online, you will need to purchase items in USD. However, we do take other forms of payment which include: venmo and e-transfer (for CAD). If you would like to purchase an item using Venmo/E-transfer, feel free to either contact us through instagram @getvinty or email hello@getvinty.com.

CONDITION GUIDE

An item's condition will be ranked using the following guide:

Mint: Items that are in perfect condition, without any flaws or signs of wear, and appear brand new ​

Excellent: In great condition overall, with little to no signs of wear or flaws in appearance​

Great: Well-maintained and may have some minor signs of wear, such as slight visible marks or corner wear, but are still in very good condition​

Good: Shows signs of wear or use, such as visible marks or wear and tear

Fair:  Show obvious signs of wear or use, such as visible marks or wear and tear, but are still functional and have retained their overall integrity

  • Are your items authentic?
    At Vinty, earning your trust and confidence is paramount. All items are guaranteed authentic and have been carefully examined multiple times internally and by third-party professionals. Each purse will come with a certificate of authenticity. For thorough authentication, several aspects are considered, including, but not restricted to, stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style number, quality, and additional distinctive markers. If you have any questions about the authenticity of your order, please do not hesitate to contact me at hello@getvinty.com.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we are only shipping to Canada and the United States. We offer a flat $12 shipping fee for all orders in Canada and a $20 shipping fee for all orders in the United States. All orders over $450 come with free shipping automatically. Please note that I record the packaging and shipping of all orders to prevent fraudulent chargebacks. In addition, if your order is above a certain threshold, I will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Do you take USD and CAD?
    All prices listed online are in USD and most credit card companies will automatically convert your purchase to CAD with zero transaction fees. However, I recommend checking with your bank to be sure. In addition, I do take other forms of payment which include: venmo, zelle and e-transfer (for CAD). If you would like to purchase an item using Venmo/Zelle/E-transfer, feel free to either contact me through instagram @getvinty or email hello@getvinty.com.
  • Is it possible to cancel or return my order?
    As I provide a comprehensive item description, consisting of photographs and videos, all purchases are considered final. Please be sure to review all pictures/videos and ask any questions prior to making a purchase. I am happy to provide additional pictures/videos. To avoid any complications, kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order as we cannot be held accountable for any issues that arise after shipment. If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we will deduct a fee. You can always contact me with any questions at hello@getvinty.com.
